Purposes of processing
These data are used exclusively to
- Respond to requests sent via the contact form.
- Manage subscriptions, payments, and access to the service.
- Ensure the security and smooth operation of the service.
Legal basis for processing

Signing in with Google
When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares only the following with us:
- a Google account identifier (a stable technical number, with no other meaning);
- your email address;
- whether Google has verified that address.
We never receive your Google password, your contacts, your calendar, your files, or any advertising identifier. We store no access token: your Footlab session depends on no further call to Google.
Purpose: to create your Footlab account, secure access to it, and spare you creating a password. None of this data is used for profiling or advertising.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and pre-contractual steps (GDPR article 6.1.b). You are requesting the creation of, or access to, your account; this is not advertising consent, and accepting analytics cookies is never required in order to sign in.
Retention: the link is kept for as long as your account exists, and is deleted with it.
Withdrawal: you may revoke access from your Google account at any time. Your Footlab account remains reachable: the forgotten-password form lets you set a password and sign in without Google.
The sub-processor is Google Ireland Limited. Any transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
